I am a therapist who supports recent grads and young adults who feel disconnected from their families and unsure of how to trust themselves. My approach is warm, steady, and trauma informed, helping clients slow down, reconnect with their emotions, and understand the patterns that shaped them. I use somatic work, parts work, narrative therapy, and mindfulness to create a grounded space where you can explore your story without pressure or judgment.
